Vacancy Positions

1. Project Advisor

Duration: 3 months

Salary: 500,000 PKR per month

Age: Minimum 50 years

Eligibility: PhD with 25 years of experience in Social Sciences.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the project and manage data collection.
• To supervise field teams.
• To prepare analytical and research reports.

2. Data Processing Manager / Data Analyst

Duration: 3 months

Salary: 350,000 PKR per month

Age: Maximum 45 years

Eligibility: MSc/BS (Hons) in Computer Science/Economics.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data processing and analysis.
• Coordination with IT and field teams.
• Data quality check and reporting.

3.Office Coordinator

Duration: 3 months

Salary: 120,000 PKR per month

Age: Maximum 45 years

Eligibility: M.Phil or Masters in Social Sciences.

Responsibilities:

• Manages office operations.
• Field team coordination and record keeping.

4. Provincial Field Coordinators

Duration: 3 months

Salary: 100,000 PKR per month

Age: Maximum 40 years

Eligibility: M.Phil or Masters in Social Sciences.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the Karna field survey teams.
• Data collection with quality control.

5. Administrative/Accounts Staff

Duration: 3 months

Salary: PKR 100,000 per month

Age: Maximum 65 years

Eligibility: FA/FSc/I.Com + 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manages accounts and administrative records.
• Assists with logistics and documentation.

6. Office Editors

Duration: 2 to 9 months

Salary: PKR 85,000 per month

Age: Maximum 65 years

Eligibility: Masters/BS (Hons).

Responsibilities:

• Edits and finalizes survey data.
• Quality control and field monitoring support.

7. Data Entry Operators

Duration: 3 to 12 months

Salary: PKR 60,000 per month

Age: Maximum 35 years

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree + 10,000 key depressions/hour typing speed.

Responsibilities:

• Enter field data accurately.
• Fast and error-free data management.

8. Female Enumerators

Duration: 25 days

Pay: PKR 5,000 per day (DA 4000 + TA 1000)

Age: Maximum 50 years

Eligibility: Masters or BS Hons in Social Sciences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct household surveys and interviews.
• Candidates from selected districts of Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan are eligible.

9. Support Staff

Duration: 2 months

Salary: 40,000 PKR per month

Age: Maximum 35 years

Eligibility: Middle Pass + Experience

Responsibilities:

• Supporting administrative and field teams
• Assisting in project logistics.
