Domicile Required: Punjab

Education: 16 years in Finance or ACCA

Responsibilities:

• Managing tasks related to banking: Keep an eye on financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, checks and balances.
• Financial report preparation: Create financial reports on a monthly, annual, and as-needed basis.
• Audit document preparation: Collect all required records and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits.
• Team Coordination: Working closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Confidentiality: Keeping financial data and employee information confidential from unauthorized people.
• Helping with budget preparation: Take part in preparing and managing the organization’s yearly budget.
• Verifying bills and invoices: Verifying vendor bills, getting their permission, and completing payments.
• Understanding tax and financial regulations: Comply with Pakistan’s accounting and tax regulations.
• Keeping the record-keeping system up to date, keep every file, document and ledger in a clean and accurate format.
• Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and expenses by creating daily vouchers, receipts, and payment accounts.
