Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Security Management

Experience:

• Retired officers of the Armed Forces holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or above.
• Candidates with relevant field experience will be given preference.
• Only officers with exemplary service records and Medical Category A are to be employed.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 physical security of plant perimeter and critical installations.
• Implement security risk assessment and access control protocols.
• Coordination and intelligence sharing with law enforcement agencies and the district administration.
• Manage internal security with the O&M contractor.
• Ensures preparation and compliance with the site safety plan.
• Economical use of company resources
• Arrange logistic support for VIP visits, board meetings, and audits.
