Job Responsibilities
- Finalizing Accounts: Completing the organization’s financial accounts and preparing them for audit.
- Tax Handling: Managing income tax, sales ta,x and other regulatory requirements.
- Using Accounting Software: Entering data and preparing reports on Tally, QuickBook,s or any accounting software.
- MS Excel Work: Proficient use oadvancedce Excel formulas, spreadsheets, and data management.
- Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate records of daily transactions, receipts, bank statements, and vouchers.
- Payroll Preparation: Calculating employee salaries, deductions and allowances (especially relevant in HR roles).
- Internal Reporting: Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management.
- Email and File Management: Maintaining a professional email communication and document filing system.
- Coordination with Auditors: Cooperation with external or internal auditors at the time of an audit.
