Mathematics Instructor:
Seats: Total Posts 100
Age Limit: 22 to 28 years
Education: MSc or BS Mathematics (2nd Division or min 2.5 CGPA)
Physics Instructor:
Seats: Total Posts 100
Age Limit: 22 to 28 years
Education: MSc or BS Physics (2nd Division or min 2.5 CGPA)
English Instructor:
Seats: Total Posts 100
Age Limit: 22 to 28 years
Education: MA or BS English (2nd Division or min 2.5 CGPA)
Salary: Approx PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month

Age Limit: 25 to 28 years
Education:
- Intermediate (FA/FSc)
- Dars Nizami Course
- Hafiz Quran candidates will be preferred.

Selection Criteria:
Computerized Test (Educational Instructors):
Intelligence: This test checks your mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Subject Test (English, Physics, Mathematics): For a review of your academic abilities and knowledge of the topic, you will need to take a series for tests.
Personality: Your personal qualities, such as confidence and communication skills, are also tested.
Religious Teachers:
Intelligence and Personality: The test for religious teachers checks your logical and problem-solving skills and personal qualities.
Physical Fitness Test:
- Physical Fitness: After passing the medical and interview, candidates go through a physical fitness test. This meet with the test’s specific requirements.
- Running Test: A 1.6 km (1 mile) running test is required.
- Male applicants: you have 15 minutes to complete the 1.6 kilometers.
- Female applicants: you have 15 minutes to complete the 1.6 kilometers.
- Push-ups (Male candidates): 15 push-ups must be completed.
- Sit-Ups: Male and female candidates must complete 20 sit-ups.
Psychological Test:
- Psychological Test: After passing the Physical Fitness Test, a emotionally assessment is conducted which checks your Mental strength and stress-handling abilities.
Merit Based Selection:
- Merit Based Selection: The final selection of candidates at the selection centers is done on the basis of merit. This is done after the Final Selection Interview.
Final Interview or Medical Checkup:
- Final Interview: You are called for a final interview by the Air Headquarters Selection Board.
- Medical and Psychological Reassessment: If you are found unfit for any medical or intellectual reason, you are discharged.
Final Call and Training:
- Final Call for Training: Selected candidates are sent for training at the College of Operations. This training is phased and you have to enhance your skills and operations.
