1. Domestic / High Performance Cricket Coach

Eligibility Criteria

• Seats: Multiple Vacancies
• PCB Level 1 accreditation + 10 First Class matches
• Level II accreditation, or a former Test/International/First Class player, will be preferred
• 3 years of coaching experience is a must.
• Knowledge of talent identification and development
• Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Project).
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualification Requirements:

• Communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent
• Stakeholder and team management abilities are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning before and after tournaments
• Improve player skills and performance
• Organize practices and competitions.
• Create workout plans and fitness tracking as per the team’s needs
• Evaluate program effectiveness through a survey evaluation.
• Implement and monitor individual and team training
• Provide analysis and feedback to enhance performance
